THE LUGANA DOC
The Lugana is a small territory of the lower Garda. Its particular climatic and geological characteristics, is one of the fundamental elements behind the success of the Lugana.
Here the Lugana’s grape, called Turbiana, best develops its potential thanks to the soils that are quite dry, of clayey, siliceous and calcareous nature.
The Turbiana vine is a white grape, characterized by medium large bunches of an elongated pyramid shape. Lugana is the first PDO to be certified in Lombardy and one of the very first in Italy, testifying to the high historical and cultural value of this reality.
History as well as a strong bond with the territory is what makes the Lugana an absolutely unmistakable wine of strong personality, with a heritage to safeguard and at the same time to enhance.
The current production standards include five different types of Lugana wine: the "basic" version, Superior, Reserve, Vendemmia Tardiva (late harvest) and Spumante.
The Lugana is ideal served with the risottos typical of the region, such as the risotto with tench, with carp, with frogs, with sea bass and with vegetables. It is also excellent with shellfish and of course with all fish dishes of the Garda area tradition.

The Prosecco DOC production area is located in northeast Italy, more precisely in the territories of 5 Veneto provinces (Treviso, Venice, Vicenza, Padua, Belluno) and 4 provinces in Friuli Venezia Giulia (Gorizia, Pordenone, Trieste and Udine), one of the most stunning areas in the Italian peninsula.
The grapes used to make Prosecco DOC are mainly Glera, a native variety from northeast Italy known since Roman times.

Hence a territory where history and tradition are not meaningless words, as a matter of facts they are the true social structure of a reality nowadays evolving but still well-rooted in the people, in the places they have been living in and in the land they have been working for centuries.
Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara but also Cruina, Forselina, Negrara, Oseleta are the red-berried grapes of Valpolicella, a jewel box of ampelographic varieties.
The Wines are Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG, Amarone della Valpolicella DOGC, Valpolicella Ripasso DOC and Valpolicella and Valpolicella Superiore DOC.

LESSINI DURELLO
Durella is the indigenous grape variety of the Lessini Mountains, an ancient and rustic vine that gives golden-hued grapes whose fundamental characteristics are a typical acidulous flavour and skins that are thick and rich in tannins: polyphenolic substances that normally contribute towards determining the full-bodied structure of red wines.
Lessini Durello D.O.C. is sparkling wine that is fresh, delicious and full of character, with an aroma that is reminiscent of Rennet apples and yellow citrus fruits, the great minerality that is typical of wines from a volcanic terroir, and characteristically appreciable tannins - a really unique feature for a white wine - which makes its perlage particularly attractive.
The Lessini Durello Denomination was created specifically to protect our indigenous sparkling wines, which are the pride of our area and its ambassadors around the world.
Our valleys do, however, produce other wines, which belong to a different Denomination of Origin: Monti Lessini.
This includes Monti Lessini Durello D.O.C., Monti Lessini Durello Passito D.O.C., Monti Lessini Bianco D.O.C. and Monti Lessini Pinot Nero D.O.C.
